Interesting week. Recent incidents and events have raised valuable questions about what the List is and what we do. Some of those questions are the result of long pondering, and the others are straight from our membership and other members of the community, as several conversations and one extended discussion on Facebook have revealed much about how we are viewed and where there is room for clarification.
What I have always known is that we cannot be everything for everyone. As we head into a year of great change, in terms of economic growth, changing markets, and major projects that will revolutionize the website and some of our programs, I’d really like to hear from you. If there is something related to the site, the List or our programs that you’re confused about, something you’d like to see, or something you don’t like, please let us know. We may also do some surveys and polling to more effectively address key issues. But if you have feedback, raves, criticism, observations, wishes, or ideas, please contact us so we can consider your thoughts as the team and I make decisions about the future look and feel of the List.
Of course, you could also come to the March 1st schmooze and talk to us there. We’d love to see you.
There are good things in the works, and now’s the time to weigh in. We look forward to hearing from you!
