OC’s Soka Performing Arts Center has been attracting quite a variety of world-class talent over the last several years, and the 2022-23 season is no exception. Soka Performing Arts Center 2022-2023 Season Announcement

-FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE-

[ALISO VIEJO, CA, August 18, 2022] Soka Performing Arts Center announces its 2022-2023 season and celebrates the first full in-person season following the Covid-19 pandemic with unmatched acoustics, transformational experiences and a deep commitment to patrons and the community. Single tickets and new subscriptions go on sale August 22, 2022.

Soka Performing Arts Center kicks off the 2022-2023 season with LA-based band, Ozomatli on Sunday, September 25, 2022, leading into a full season of world-class performances. Additional highlights include performances with Judy Collins (October 14), pianist Vadym Kholodenko (October 30), as well as the popular Sundays@Soka Series with the Pacific Symphony Chamber Orchestra that includes dates with pianists George Li, Shunta Morimoto and Drew Petersen. New this season is a series with the Philharmonic Society of Orange County (PSOC), which includes performances with the Vienna Boys Choir (November 20) and Kodo Drummers (February 2, 2023), along with pianists Seong-Jin Cho (December 9) and Jean-Yves Thibaudet (April 2). The Jazz Monsters Series will include performances by Diane Schuur (February 26), the Maria Schneider Orchestra (March 4) and Kenny Barron (April 15). The well-loved Children’s Concert Series is also back this season, featuring Grammy and Emmy Award winning musicians and performers whose interactive concerts, designed for kids 3 to 10 years old, bring families together to dance, sing, and play.

Soka Performing Arts Center hosts the only classical solo piano series on the West Coast, Great Pianists, and is proud to be the home of the Pacific Symphony Chamber Orchestra, whose Sundays@Soka Series continues to captivate audiences and is one of the most popular series year after year.
