What a nice afternoon! Our most lighthearted program yet, unSUNg ventures into holidaydom with “Sharing Light”, by celebrating Hannukah, Festivus, Christmas, Kwanzaa… and all the food that tends to happen in December. Ariel Pisturino, unSUNg’s new artistic director this year, put together the program and created the video. The event premiered on YouTube at 4pm this afternoon, and will be available until at least December 31st, so you can share with friends and family as often as you wish.
This project benefits Ample Harvest, a wonderful charity that works online to connect gardeners with thousands of food pantries nationwide, in a rapidly growing battle to fight fresh food waste. Donate at ampleharvest.org/unSUNg
