For those staying in SoCal for at least part of the summer months, you will not be without concertgoing options: We’ve already covered some of the festivals currently underway, and there are certainly others that are more instrument-oriented, but we thought a quick run-down of local sources of vocal splendor might be useful. One major gap this year: Due to major construction currently underway, Southwest Chamber Music’s annual series of concerts at The Huntington is on hiatus this year. We look forward to seeing what they have in store for 2015!
