We learned yesterday that one of our longtime Listers, tenor Bruce Boyd, passed away in his sleep on May 13.
Bruce was a good man, deeply committed to music, and sang for a wide variety of organizations across Southern California for many years. Most of our Listers have probably worked with him at one time or another, and he will be sorely missed.
Our thoughts and good wishes are with Bruce’s friends and family as they mourn the loss and celebrate the life of a kind man and the music in his soul. A memorial will be held at the Berean SDA Church in Los Angeles on Sunday, June 2 at 3pm. Please RSVP by email as soon as possible. Singers are encouraged to join the choir for the service.
